Valve threads

S60X6 is the name of a thread. Also called "pas d'artillery", the S60X6 thread is the most widespread in France. It assumes a diameter of 2 inches (between 58 and 61 mm).

Yes, there are mounting keys for tank valves. You can still disassemble and install a valve by hand.

To know if your thread of your tank valve is type S100X8, you must take 3 measurements on your valve:

  • The outlet diameter of the valve must be 97 to 100 mm
  • The space between the threads must be 8 mm
  • The number of threads of the valve must be between 2 and 3

To find out if your thread of your valve is type S60X6, you must take 3 measurements on your valve:

  • The outlet diameter of the valve must be 60 mm
  • The space between the threads must be 6 mm
  • The number of threads of the valve must be between 3 and 4

Conditions

The buyer has the right of withdrawal provided by law (Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code) for any purchase made on Raccordspro.com. The buyer has a period of 30 days to exercise their right of withdrawal and return any product(s) they are not satisfied with, without having to justify their decision. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The thirty-day (30) period starts from the date of receipt of the products.

The products must be returned in brand-new, unused, and complete condition (manuals, accessories), and in their original packaging. Any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been deteriorated beyond simple opening will not be accepted or refunded.

Procedure

To exercise their right of withdrawal within the 30-day period, the buyer must:

  • Log in to their customer account

  • Click on the tab “Order history and details”

  • Select the order reference, then click “Details”

  • Select the product(s) to be returned by checking the box next to their name(s)

  • Specify a reason for return (optional)

  • Click the “Return a product” button

  • Print the invoice

  • Return the product(s) (along with the invoice) to the following address:

After acceptance and receipt of the returned material, Raccordspro.com will refund the buyer the full amount of their order within thirty (30) days, using the same payment method. It is possible to use another method of payment, provided the buyer agrees and no additional fees are applied.

After acceptance and receipt of returned material, Raccordspro.com will be required to refund the buyer the full amount of his order, within 14 days, using the same method of payment. It is nevertheless possible to carry out the transaction with another means of payment, provided that the buyer has agreed to it and not to incur additional costs.

For any purchase made on Raccordspro.com, the buyer has a period of 30 days to return any product(s) they are not satisfied with. The 30-day period starts from the date the products are received. In all cases, both outbound and return shipping and packaging costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in the event of an internal error (wrong item reference, wrong quantity).

In the event of an internal error, return and/or reshipping costs will be covered by Raccordspro.com. The buyer must provide proof of shipment, including the price, in order to allow reimbursement of the return shipping costs.

If the buyer requests an exchange:

After acceptance and receipt of the returned material, Raccordspro.com will issue a credit note, a refund, or a payment request depending on the price difference between the returned product(s) and the replacement product(s).

No, it is not possible to recover goods in our premises. Raccordspro.com only offers remote sales.

Payment

You can check the progress of your order on your Raccordspro customer account.

  • If the payment is not validated: The status of your order will be "Order recorded" or "Payment refused".
  • If the payment is validated: The state of your order will be "Payment confirmed".

Raccordspro.com secures your purchases with its partners, Crédit Mutuel and GeoTrust® and allows you to pay your purchases by Proforma, credit card, check, bank transfer and Paypal.

Customer account

When you create your customer account on raccordspro.com, you will receive a confirmation email with your login details (username and password).

If you can not find your password, you can use the "Forgot your password?" link in the "Sign In" page.

If you still can not find it, write to us (contact us page), we will generate a new temporary password to allow you to access your account.

We invite you to change this temporary password in your customer account.

To create a customer account, you have 2 possibilities:

  • Register during the purchase: Fill your cart and order. From the beginning of the order process, the site will ask you to login or create a customer account.
  • Register before the purchase: Click on "Sign in" at the top right of the site, then click on "No account? Create one here".

Order

In case your order does not benefit from a parcel tracking (sending by letter), we recommend that you wait a few more days. We always do our best to get your orders as quickly as possible, but it may happen that additional time is needed.

If after this time your order has not reached you, we invite you to check:

  • If your package was given to a neighbor in your absence.
  • If the address you specified is correct
  • If the address used by the carrier is the delivery address that appears in your order summary.

 

If, despite your research, you can not find your package, we recommend that you contact us.

No, it is not possible to change the payment method once the order has been validated. Nevertheless, we may cancel your order to allow you to create another one with the correct method of payment.
